Buying shoes from Debenhams

20% off sale! Sounds promising right? But it's online. So I consider - is it a good idea to buy shoes from a website without having tried them on? My impulsive buying nature says yes.

Turns out it wasn't such a good idea. The shoes don't look half as good as they do on the site.

Kinda... weird with the ribbon straps and cut outs right?

I'm also a weird shoe size - in between 3 and 4. For ballet pumps I tend to get a 3, wear them in the house for a few days to stretch them out and then they fit perfectly. For heels I tend to get a 4. These were a 4 but still far too big for me.

Moral of the story - no more buying shoes from the internet for me.
