Summer is here!

The last day of school for some of us in the UK was last Friday and I couldn't be happier at the thought of 6 weeks stretched out ahead of me. I know most western schools get months off and many London schools get an extra 2 weeks for the Olympics but I'm more than happy with the 6 weeks I have. It's times like these I relish being a teacher and everyone gets jealous. Long holidays. ^__^

Another perk to be being a teacher: the gifts at the end of the year. The personal cards and messages are what I love the most - it's nice to know I'm appreciated. But the chocs and flowers never go amiss either. *_^

 

Now that the holidays are here posts will hopefully be a little more regular :)
